New Britain, CT – Leyland Alliance, developer of the proposed Madison Landing Project in Madison, Connecticut, has selected Gaffney Bennett Public Relations (GBPR) as their Agency of Record.

GBPR will develop and execute an extensive grassroots and media relations campaign to increase the level of public awareness and support for the Madison Landing project.

The vision for Madison Landing includes a network of pedestrian-scaled streets, public parks and a walking trail around the perimeter, together with a variety of housing types reflecting traditional, coastal Connecticut architecture.
